Our newest bike frame is by far the toughest, lightest and the most comfortable bike frame suitable for any terrain in any condition and the best part is; it is probably the most economical.

The effectiveness of a composite structure does not only depend on the materials you use but also on how you use them. With a unique internal nylon/carbon wall structure and by applying structural engineering techniques, we are able to produce an even lighter, stiffer, stronger, more reliable and more balanced bicycle frame then ever before. In addition to the above, our complete frame is cured at a single instant giving it uniform strength across the bicycle frame. Also the unique composite angles and structure are specifically put in place keeping in view the static and dynamic loads that a bike frame has to sustain.

Design
VANHAWKS bicycle frames gives the rider more control over the entire bicycle when riding. Its unique design helps in dissipating the momentum of

the bike and the rider when the breaks are applied.

Specialized foam in different part of the frame is used for vibration dampening without compromising on the stiffness and Kevlar fiber is applied on the edges for abrasion resistance. The weight distribution is carefully calibrated to appease both purists and give the modern rider a novel delight also lighter weight of the bicycle saves the rider’s strength to go even further.

With over a year worth of collaboration with top gurus around the world and sifting through dozens of CAD simulations, the result is a mean power machine which will definitely transform the cycling industry for the years to come.
